Zack Snyder talks about Rebel Moon 2 and how many chapters he needs to tell the story. He talks about the upcoming R Rated versions, how they will be different. We also checked in on the Army of the Dead franchise.
And while we love Zack, what he has delivered so far is a half promise from only one nights telling of a sci-fi bedtime story. His direction and visual nature are immense, as well as his work with actors. His main fault though is his storytelling and plot nature. As we can tell from the Rebel Moon films, he thinks in galaxies and eons, when the bigger picture needs to be cropped into focus. Perhaps he needs stronger writers in the room to fight for structure and brevity, in fact, what’s David S. Goyer up to? Is he free after his Apple TV+ show Foundation?
