TIFF 26′ – Ancestors
We sat down with Director David Turpin and actors Jessica Reynolds, Eanna Hardwicke and Jack Wolfe about their new film at the 2026 Toronto International Film Festival. David talked to us about his idea for the film and how perception plays into it. Eanna talks about how his character was a gift and the reality of the story helped him. Jessica talks about Shel and how she stepped into the role and the safety net her character provided. Jack talks about the fun of figuring out Tiny and how we meet him in the film.
