Ryan Murphy is bringing the Broadway smash hit, The Prom to Netflix!
The story follows Emma, a high school girl who is told she can’t bring her girlfriend to the prom. When four self-obsessed broadway stars hear about Emma’s story, they swarm into the small Ohio town to stop the discrimination and give Emma her perfect night out.
The Prom has a star-studded cast of stage and screen including Meryl Streep as Dee Dee Allen, Nicole Kidman as Angie Dickenson, Andrew Rannells as Trent Oliver, Kerry Washington as Mrs. Greene, James Corden as Barry Glickman, Ariana Debose as Alyssa Greene, and newcomer Jo Ellen Pellman as Emma Nolan.
