Tony Hale & Kalon Cox sit down to color and create at San Diego Comic-con while talking about their new film Sketch from Angel Studios. Tony talks about his parental side and finding the grief and the unknown with his character Taylor. Kalon makes jokes and talks about his spotlight and the crazy things that happened on set. They also talk about the rest of the cast including D’arcy Carden and Bianca Belle.
We also ask about the theme of the film, which is about processing feelings and grief, as Taylor’s wife has passed away, and his daughter’s drawings bring her emotions to life. The film itself exploring the importance of allowing people, especially children, to experience and process their emotions rather than shielding them from pain.
